Life Insurance Distribution Programme for Ghum Truck Driver's Association, Press-Media, and Ghum Jorebunglow Sporting Academy
The Darjeeling Welfare Society (DWS) organised an Insurance Distribution Programme at Ghoom, Darjeeling, as part of its continued efforts to promote social security and financial protection among members of the local community. Life insurance coverage was distributed among members of the Drivers’ Association, representatives of the press and media fraternity, and members of the Ghum Jorey Monglo Sporting Academy. The initiative reflects DWS’s commitment to supporting individuals and communities who contribute significantly to the social and economic fabric of the Darjeeling hills. By extending access to life insurance protection, the programme aimed to provide greater financial security and reassurance to beneficiaries and their families.
