UTKARSH Induction Event in Siliguri

The DWS Utkarsh Induction Event- Bringing together students and aspiring candidates from Darjeeling and across North Bengal, including Kalimpong, Cooch Behar, Alipurduar and Jalpaiguri. The session provided an insightful platform for participants to understand the opportunities available through the DWS Utkarsh initiative, while gaining practical guidance, motivation and a clearer perspective on their journey towards competitive examinations and public service. A key highlight of the programme was the interaction with Ms. Choden Lama of the West Bengal Revenue Service, who recently joined the service and shared valuable insights from her own journey and experience. Her interaction with the students offered encouragement and demonstrated that with the right guidance, sustained effort and determination, aspirations can be transformed into meaningful careers in public service. The programme reaffirmed DWS Utkarsh’s commitment to creating pathways of opportunity for the youth of North Bengal and empowering them to pursue their ambitions with confidence, purpose and perseverance.
