Rozgar Mela 2.0 – Skills, Sustainability & Career Growth

In 2025, DWS introduced a completely reimagined model—Rozgar Mela 2.0—shifting the focus from only placements to long-term employability and career-building.

Rozgar Mela 2.0 emphasises:

-Pre-employment skill assessments

-Training-linked placements

-Career counselling and guidance

-Sector-specific orientation (hospitality, health, retail, IT, security, manufacturing)

-Entrepreneurship desks for youth aspiring to start small enterprises

-Financial literacy sessions for first-time earners

-Post-placement tracking and support

Through this upgraded model, DWS ensures that youth not only secure jobs but also develop the skills needed to sustain, grow, and advance in their careers.

The Rozgar Mela 2.0 became one of the biggest job fairs in the region:

-60+companies

-7444 job openings

-10,000 registrations (online and on the spot)

The mela was a landmark success, 2500+ appointment lettered were distributed to the selected candidates.
