Botanical Eco-Park in Kalimpong
Kalimpong is known for its unique, rich and exotic flora and fauna. Members of the Kalimpong chapter of the Darjeeling Welfare Society are working towards the establishment of an eco-part in a predetermined location in Kalimpong district. The primary objective of the project is to preserve the rare himalayan plant species which are in need of special attention owing to the negative impact of climate change.
