In August 2021, as conflict unfolded in Afghanistan, Shri Harsh vardhan Shringla once again demonstrated his leadership and compassion by playing a vital role in evacuating Indians from the country. Among the evacuees were approximately 86 individuals from Darjeeling and surrounding areas, who were successfully brought back to their homeland. This humanitarian effort not only rescued those in danger but also left a lasting impact on the people of Darjeeling, who are immensely grateful for the tireless work being done.
